What is our aim?

Monitoring trends in students’ satisfaction with their studies at the Jagiellonian University enhances the creation and implementation of solutions conducive to building a student-friendly environment and to improving general studying conditions (not only teaching conditions).

How do we act?

Online questionnaires, outside the USOS web, are distributed among students in April-May each academic year. All University students, including Ph.D. candidates and postgraduate students, are invited to participate in the survey. The questions concern general University issues (e.g. safety conditions, admin procedures, living conditions in dormitories), and issues specific to a particular University unit (e.g. weekly timetables, activities undertaken by a person in charge of students’ affairs, etc.).
